These Terms govern your use of Sàgoma. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Sàgoma is

Sàgoma is an educational tool. It analyzes chart screenshots and explains what they show to help you learn technical analysis. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, it provides no trade signals or recommendations, and it does not predict prices. Nothing it produces should be relied upon to make investment decisions.

2. No guarantees and assumption of risk

Trading and investing carry a real risk of loss. We make no promise of profit or accuracy. The analysis is generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or wrong. Any decision you make is your own, at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.

5. Credits and payments

• The service runs on credits — one credit is consumed per analysis.
• Credits are sold as one-off packs (not a subscription). New accounts receive a small number of free credits.
• Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable taxes.
• Because credits deliver a digital service consumed on use, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. For billing issues, contact support@sagoma.digital.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break security or access other users' data, no automated abuse, and no uploading of content you have no right to submit.

7. Intellectual property

The service, its design and content are ours. The analysis text generated for you is yours to use for your own learning. Charts you upload remain yours.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you where appropriate.

11. Governing law
